Kountdown: Road to Tokyo follows kickboxer Michael Carson during an intense four-hour shoot at Elevate MMA as he prepares for an eight-man tournament that could earn him an opportunity to compete in Japan’s prestigious K-1 kickboxing league. Guided by coach and Elevate MMA founder Siyar Bahadurzada, the 41-minute documentary combines Carson’s origin story with an inside look at his training, mindset, and preparation as he takes another step toward the international stage.
