Habibi's Kitchen & Market

Great Food, Great Price, A Good Vibe!

Step inside Habibi’s Kitchen & Market in Arlington, Virginia, and meet the man behind the counter, Hassan AlMaala. In this behind-the-scenes commercial feature, Hassan shares the story and philosophy behind his restaurant while viewers get an intimate look at the operation—from the shelves of specialty products and market offerings to the kitchen where meals are prepared fresh for customers. Rather than simply presenting the restaurant as a place to eat, the film focuses on the person behind the business and the hands-on work involved in running a neighborhood restaurant. Hassan's interview provides the narrative, while candid footage of food preparation, ordering, the kitchen, and the storefront gives viewers a genuine look at Habibi's day-to-day environment. The result is a short-form business profile and promotional infomercial designed to introduce audiences to Hassan, his food, and the Habibi's Kitchen experience—and ultimately give viewers a reason to stop in and discover it for themselves.
